The Big Area - Dolomiti Superski
|
The South Tyrol ski areas link into the famous Dolomiti Superski which is truley gargantuan.
1220km of pisted runs, that's like skiing from John O'Groats to Lands End! An incredible 800km have snow cannons, should they be needed. 15% of runs are graded black, 55% red and 30% are blue or green. There are 460 lifts in the area. 1177km of cross country trails offer incredible possibilities for getting out into the wilds.
Freestylers will drool over the 11 (yes, eleven!) halfpipes. The ski terrain starts at 935m and extends over 2km vertically to 3260m.
